This Privacy Policy covers the public website at vaxelrod.ai. It is a static informational site. There are no user accounts, no forms except the quote form described in Quote requests, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by Vaxelrod.
The site is served through Cloudflare Pages. As part of delivering and protecting the site, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent. That processing is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
If you write to a Vaxelrod address published on this site, your message is retained in Vaxelrod business mail systems and used only to answer your inquiry.
The VIPS platform at vips.vaxelrod.ai is a separate access controlled system. It operates under its own agreements and is not covered by this policy.
No personal information is sold or shared for advertising.
If you use the upload form on our Supply page, we collect your name, organization, email, optional phone, the solicitation details you enter, and the files you upload. They go directly to VIPS, our procurement platform on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Uploaded files are sealed on receipt and retained for seven years in write-once storage, and cannot be altered or deleted during that period. We use this information only to respond to your request. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions; Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. Do not upload classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information.
