Vaxelrod LLC is the R&D and Intelligence Division of UTG Companies Inc., a woman-owned, federally registered small business headquartered in the United States. We build AI infrastructure for federal and state mission assurance: systems that help government procurement teams, and the businesses that serve them, operate with artificial intelligence while maintaining full regulatory compliance and producing audit-grade records of every decision. Our systems are being built to detect fraud, waste, and abuse at the source, because taxpayer money should move only on verified, recorded, reproducible evidence.
Our flagship product, VIPS (the Vaxelrod Intellectual Proprietary System), is a compliance platform for federal and state procurement built on multi-model arbitration, formal mathematical verification, and a refuse-to-attest architecture that never claims compliance without evidence. VIPS verifies solicitations against the actual rules of each jurisdiction it supports today, federal FAR and DFARS, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and expanding to a new state is a configuration exercise, not a rebuild. We are currently pre-launch and engaging design partners for our first pilots.
The next chapter is the FORGE Engine, the centerpiece of the VIPS v8.0 program now in active development: a unified evidence engine that seals, classifies, and shreds every procurement document into citable evidence before a single determination is made. We are building VIPS to become the standard for verifiable procurement across federal and state government.
